To understand the concept of Burlington’s newest fine dining establishment, one must acknowledge the training and experience of Chef Harnek. He endured an apprenticeship in both classical French and Italian cuisine in Frankfurt, Germany. Harnek also embraces his ethnic traditions of India. Many elite diners may recognize his signature handmade Agnlotti from Bistro 300 formerly in Oakville.
